Hello here is your answer:

REACTIONS spontaneity can be governed by many factors of which one includes free energy change or dG.

For any Thermodynamical system,

dG=dH-TdS

According to the give conditions both dH and dS are negative hence temperature will act as governing factor.

For high temperatures, TdS will be highly positive value hence reaction will become non spontaneous whereas at low temperature, DH will be greater than TdS hence at low temperatures reaction will be spontaneous.

Thanks!
