WHEN OUR BODY WORKS VERY HARD DUE TO INTENSE EXERCISES, THERE IS A SHORTAGE OF OXYGEN FOR ENERGY CONSUMPTION. DUE TO THE SHORTAGE OUR BODY BREAKS DOWN GLUCOSE AND PHOSPHATES STORED IN OUR MUSCLES. THEIR PRODUCT IS LACTIC ACID, WHICH CAUSES MUSCLE FATIGUE.

Answer:

Our muscles respire anaerobically when aerobic respiration can't fulfil the needs of oxygen when we do hard works or other physical activities.

Explanation:

generally we respire as aerobically but when we do more physical activities which needs more oxygen then the aerobic respiration can't fulfil the requirements of oxygen to give energy then anaerobic respiration takes place for energy requirements in muscles.

hope it helps u
