A person loses his/her right to life and personal liberty in case the person commits a heinous crime and the judgement of a law court goes against him/her or when a person is charged with treason, that is to say that the person so charged has acted in a wilful manner the consequence of which has been to the detriment or interest of the country. Examples of the latter type are undertaking of espionage activities for another country, acts of terrorism etc.
