Hey

CONDITION:

ANAEROBIC RESPIRATION OCCURS IN HUMAN MUSCLE CELLS DUE TO LACK OF OXYGEN.

OCCURRENCE:

IN ORDER TO PROVIDE ENERGY FOR SUDDEN ACTIVITY (LACK OF O2). HERE,PYRUVATE BREAKS INTO LACTIC ACID AND RELEASES ENERGY.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

YOU MIGHT HAVE HEARD ABOUT ATHLETES AND SPORTSMEN SUFFERING FROM MUSCLE CRAMPS. THIS IS DUE TO ACCUMULATION OF LACTIC ACID IN THE MUSCLES.

I hope it helps you!!!

kaathik: Thanks
