In India due to the cultural and the economic condition of families children are forced into doing laborious job at a very young age.

Due to which they are prohibited from their innocence at a very early age.

The Child Labour Act was passed on 1986.

Under article 24 it is clearly mentioned that "children aging under 14 should not be employed for factory, mines or any kind of hazardous job.
