Nazi propaganda was appreciated at the time when workers lost their jobs due to bank failure and shut down of businesses and the middle classes were threatened with poverty. It was the time of the Great Economic Depression when Nazism became popular in Germany.  Moreover, the humiliating Treaty of Versailles generated a need to avenge of the loss the First World War and renovate the old fame of Germany. One of the many reasons for the spread of the Nazi ideas in Germany includes the influential speeches of Hitler, through which he promised Germans to build a strong nation by providing them with employment. To make Nazism popular in Germany, the Nazi party held a number of meetings to inspire unity among the people. The red emblems, the Nazi salutation, and the performances of applause fascinated people and contributed to making Nazism popular in Germany.
