hi mate! here is your answer ...

Under employment : when a person does not get employment or salary as per his ability or capacity .Then this type of situation is called under employment .

Disguised unemployment: it is a type of situation in which the labours are seemed to be employed but actually they are not employed .it is usually seen in farm work.

if more people work than required it is a kind of employment which is known as latent employment .

And Disguised unemployment means Hidden unemployment that for ex. 100 people's are work there bt that work want only 70 people's for done......here 30 people's are hides under unployment called Disguised unemployment.......
