three layers. As Rohit sat in the passenger's seat balancing the cake, he asked
Khushali to drive carefully. He was scared that the three-layered cake had turned
out to be more fragile than they had hoped.
Just as they reached one of the busiest roads in the city, a dog jumped in front of
the car out of nowhere. Khushali braked hard. The lorry following their car followed
suit. It so happened that the same lorry was carrying a large number of soda bottles
in the back. With the sudden brake, the latch at the back came undone and out rolled
one soda bottle after the other. Soon, the entire road was covered with empty soda
