The adjectives are underlined and their type written in the brackets.

When the Chinese (proper) philosopher Confucius was about to die, he called his favourite (descriptive) disciple and said, "son, look into my (possessive)  mouth and check if I have my (possessive) tongue inside".

The disciple looked into the mouth and said,"master, your (possessive) tongue there inside the mouth".

"look again. are any (indefinite) teeth there?"

"there isn't even one (Quantitative) tooth."

"what lesson do you learn from this (demonstrative) observation?" Confucius asked.

Then he said, "the tongue is soft (descriptive). it is flexible (descriptive). so it is still there. the teeth were hard (descriptive). they were unbending (descriptive). so they are gone although they appeared much after the tongue. you should have an adjusting (descriptive)attitude in life. it will be in your (possessive) interest. "this (demonstrative) is one of the greatest (descriptive) teachings of Confucius.
