Emotional courage is built when you take risks, which make you feel things. When that happens, go really slowly and feel everything you feel, and then act while you are feeling those things. Most people try to stop feeling scared, for example, before doing something scary. But that doesn't build your emotional courage.
When leaders have conviction, people's brains can relax, so to speak, letting them concentrate on what needs to be done. When people feel more secure in the future, they're happier and produce higher quality work. A leader who can demonstrate conviction will be more successful, and so will everyone she works with.
We are motivated to be honest when we realize that we are doing something wrong from a whole lot a while.we are honest when we learn new lessons which shake our life up and teach us something new each time.After all we all learn from our mistakes,but one must try to correct their mistakes and not just give up on their beautiful blessed life given by god.
Courage, in the sense of acting in a way that responds to risk appropriately, not over-confidently or in a cowardly way, will also help us to accomplish 'good' things. Courage also helps us to act against those who threaten, or who act in a bad way.

Poet on a Mountaintop is a painting by the Ming Dynasty artist Shen Zhou (1427–1509). Zhou was a firm believer of Daoism as he mimicked the style of Yuan Dynasty administrators through his paintings. He was the earliest and one of the most prominent examples of artistic style originating from the Wu School teachings. He excelled in poetry, painting, and calligraphy. Zhou had many paintings that showed the concern and importance of nature, especially landscapes. This is clearly displayed in Poet on a Mountaintop, a painting portraying a beautiful mountainous landscape. On the left side of the painting, Zhou included a poem describing the magnificence of the nature being displayed. The entire work attempts to display man's insignificance in comparison to the brilliance of nature. Poet on a Mountaintop and Zhou's apparent value for nature connects directly to the deep values of Ming Dynasty China.
