2) a cube is a three dimensional solid object bounded by six square faces. It has 6 faces , 12 edges and 8 vertices. all sides are always equal.

3) A square based pyramid has 5 faces. the base is square. it has 5 vertices ( corner point ) and the base is a square .

4) A triangular prism has 2 triangle and 3 rectangular sides. it has total 9 edges, 5 faces and 9 vertices.

5) A rectangular prism has 8 vertices, 12 sides and 6 rectangular sides. all the faces are equal of these sides. it has rectangular cross section.
