All the points on production possibility curve indicates that the resources are fully and efficiently utilized whereas unemployment is the situation of under utilization and non efficient utilization of resources. So all the points which indicates under utilization of resources falls inside the production possibility curves so the massive unemployment does not shifts the production possibility curve, it falls inside the curve.
