Employment generally means the people are having skills to do a particular work and are ready to be engaged in any their skill related job but the are not getting enough opputnity to employ themselves or there is not enough services ..

Hence Economy generally depends on two thing Human Resource and Money...

According to me the more the employers or job doing people in country the more will be taxes paid which will affect the economy growth a lot....

Although the employment has also being spread in our country ...Most of the skilled people of our nation went to the for with in search of better livelihood because the government is not providing such facilities to them because of these the more the tax they pay will be deposited in foreign banks instead of our....

Unemployment is a big issue for a country as it may happen that a country's citizen who has studied very well in a particular subject may not get his dream job. This is a disadvantage for the country if it happens on a high scale as the country will fail to utilise its citizens to the fullest potential.
