QUESTION:-
Unemployment leads to low income and low savings and hence low demand and low production. this is identification of a depressed economy. Support the statement with three arguments
ANSWER
- Unemployment means a circumstance where eligible and voluntary persons of a country do not get adequate chances and opportunities to work.
- Unemployment has a huge negative impact on the economy of the country because unemployment builds an emotion of despair and depression among unemployed people which makes them depressed.
- Unemployment is a waste of human and manpower resources because people who are sufficient for the opportunity are not able to get involved in productive activities which increases the load on the economy as they become a liability to the country.
- When the eligible persons for employment are more then the per capita income falls which reduces their capability to save and hence also lowers the demand for consumption because they are unable to afford high demands which reduces the overall production of goods in a country. This falls the economic growth of the country as the revenue decreases which makes the country a depressed economy.
