Well, I guess I am qualified to answer as I have worked in both the organisation.

Go for ICICI because you will have a life there.

There is tremendous pressure in both the organisation but in HDFC bank , employees are treated as slaves and there wont be a personel life there.

Even if HDFC gives you more than ICICI, never go for HDFC.
