We need food to keep us healthy and fit. But are we really consuming food that keeps us healthy?

"Food" is basically a term coined for the phrase "a proper diet that contains all nutrients proportionately". But now a days, this "proportion" is getting disturbed as unhealthy foods have come into picture. 


Now, here comes the question: Healthy food or Unhealthy food? 


Let us see the pros and cons of these broad divisions of food:

HEALTHY FOOD:

Nutritious foods improve health and promote weight loss, but the benefits don’t stop there.
Here are the benefits of eating healthy food-
# Weight maintenance.
# Healthy start to a healthy day.
# Perfect eyesight.
# Oral hygiene.
# No stomach ulcers.
# Flatter belly.
# Happy, healthy mood.
# Less calories.
# Healthy heart.
# Healthy Kidney.
# Healthy Brain.
# Healthy Lungs.
# Healthy BODY.
# Healthy smile :)

These are just few; there are many more significant advantages of eating healthy food.

Disadvantages:
# Taste.

UNHEALTHY FOOD:

Advantages:
# Taste. 
# Satisfied taste buds. 
# Satisfied Brain.


Disadvantages:
# No Weight maintenance.
# Unhealthy start to a healthy day.
# Imperfect eyesight.
# No Oral hygiene.
# Many stomach ulcers.
# Big Fat belly.
# Unhappy, unhealthy mood.
# Dangerously many calories.
# Unhealthy heart.
# Unhealthy Kidney.
# Unhealthy Brain.
# Unhealthy Lungs.
# Unhealthy BODY.
# Unhealthy smile :(



Now it is for us to choose: Healthy or unhealthy?

Good health is the necessity of living a healthy life for every one of us which needs to maintain a healthy diet and healthy habits throughout the life. However, the custom of eating junk food in many is increasing day by day and making our future sad and diseased especially our future generations. Parents should be very conscious towards the eating habits of their kids and children because in the childhood they never know and decide their good or bad so it is parents who are fully responsible for the good or bad eating habits among their kids. They should train their kids about eating habits from childhood and make them clear about the differences between healthy and junk foods. According to the research, it is found that puberty is the most sensitive age during which one should practice healthy eating habits because during this age there are many changes occur in the body to prepare one to enter to the adult age group.
