Q5: A rectangle A with length 10 centimeters and width 5 centimeters is similar to another rectangle
B whose length is 30 centimeters. Find the area of rectangle B.​

Answer:

Perimeter = 200cm

Length = 70cm

P=2(l+b) P=2l+2b

200=2×70+2b

∴2b=200−140

∴2b=60

b=30

Breadth = 30cm
