Hello Friend !
The solution is given below :
An object moving in a circle is accelerating. Accelerating objects are objects which are changing their velocity - either the speed (i.e., magnitude of the velocity vector) or the direction. An object undergoing uniform circular motion is moving with a constant speed. Nonetheless, it is accelerating due to its change in direction. The direction of the acceleration is inwards.
Hope this may clear your doubt!

Heya
Uniform circular motion is an accelerated motion because:
Due to the motion in circular path the direction changes continuously.
As the direction changes, the velocity also changes.
We know that the rate of change of velocity is only acceleration.
So, definitely it's an accelerated motion!
Hope this helps
