REASON :

In uniform circular motion the direction of linear velocity keeps on changing at each and every point. Since velocity is a vector quantity, it changes if its direction changes.

we know acceleration is the rate of change of velocity. So if velocity changes it is said to be an accelerated motion.

Since in uniform circular motion velocity changes continuously it is known to be an accelerated motion.

Therefore uniform circular motion is an accelerated motion.

In uniform circular motion angular velocity remains constant... as angular velocity is 2π/T..
so body covers equal displacement in equal interval of time......
but in case of circulation velocity is not constant so is called accelerated motion .......
velocity in circulation can never b constant as direction of moving particle changes continuously......so there remains acceleration in case of circulation motion....
