In order to gear up to the task of mobilizing and securing political support they used the means of election campaigning, sometimes they made use of the communal elements,backwardness,poverty as the tools to gain the vote bank. It shows us that universal adult franchise supported the right to equality gaurnteed by the constitution of the country, it shows that one person one vote saved the country from cumbersome election process etc.
