Universal containers wants to capture the invoice number and account credit score for billing cases. how would an administrator accomplish this

Administrator can accomplish this task by two methods, he can do it either by creating a custom page field or by creating a page layout.


The Custom field allows user to add an additional information in document. Page layout allows to define the look of each document and how it will appear to the user.
