Given :

The speed of Universal express = 200 kmph

                                                      = \dfrac{200 \times 1000}{3600}  = 55.56 m/s

The speed of bike travelling = 68 kmph

                                               = \dfrac{68 \times 1000}{3600}  = 18.89 m/s

The universal express overtake bike in time = 80 sec

To Find :

The length of the universal express

Solution :

Let The length of the universal express = L  meters

∵  Distance = Speed × time

Or,  Total distance = relative speed × Time

i.e,                    L = ( 55.56 m/s - 18.89 m/s ) × 80 sec

Or,                   L = 36.67 × 80 sec

∴      Length = L = 2933.6 meters

i.e    Length = 2.93 km

Hence, The length of Universal express is 2.93 km Answer
