the freedom and the stability that India and the world enjoys today, has come at a very big cost - lives. today we live in a free world where we can express ourselves and there is peace all over the world. but to attain this peace many wars were fought in our country and also over the world by millions of people who have sacrificed their own live, by giving up all that they have, even though they knew what they would put their family through.
the people who gave up their lives for peace, hoping that their life would make a difference so that they war would or that their country might get freedom. millions of such men went through painful deaths, they suffered knowing that their life would make a difference. but among millions only a handful of them are remembered and honoured whose praises are sung and books are written of, but what about the others whose names are forgotten and accomplishment are lost to time? they our the unsung heroes, who are not remembered by anybody but bravely sacrificed their life knowing that it would make a difference.
