Upon filling the air in a balloon the size, volume and shape changes. The colour does not change. But, if you want to go into more detail but it is not advisable, include colour. This is because the balloon  expands on filling the air. So if the balloon were red in colour the balloon will expand. This expansion will cause the colour of the balloon to be slightly light. You can try this out for yourself. But DO NOT write this in an exam.
