Bases which dissociate to produce one hydroxyl ion per molecule of base. for eg =NaOh=(Na+)+(OH-)are called as monoacidic base .

The acid which dissociate on dissolving in water to produce one hydrogen ion per molecule of an acid .

eg=HCL=(H+)+(CL-)

Urea is mono-acidic base. It it actually Arrhenius base that deprotonates water leaving OH- in its water solution , which in turn works as base.
