Step-by-step explanation:

since sum of the probabilities= 1

=> 0.6+x+3x= 1

=> 4x= 1-0.6= 0.4

= > x= 0.1

thus the probability of pink balloon= 0.1

probability of yellow balloon= 0.3

Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

Let no of white baloons be y and pink be a and yellow be b .

So p (w)=y/t where t is no ofballons

So y =0.6t

Similarly

a=xt and b=3xt

Now 0.6t+xt+3xt/t = 1

So solving this the value comes out to be

0.1=x

Hope it helps !!
