Evaporation takes place below the boiling point whereas boiling takes place at the boiling point...evaporation is a surface phenomenon while boiling is a bulk phenomenon..

Factors affecting evaporation are-
1)TEMPERATURE
2)HUMIDITY
3)SURFACE AREA
4)WIND SPEED

evaporation occurs in surface of liquids but boiling occurs in the whole water body or any liquid substance

*motion of air
*whether a liquid has low or high boiling point (nature if liquid)
