URGENT!!!
For the above question,
Since general form of quadratic equation with zeros is x^2-(a+b)x + a*b
then why can't value of k be 3?

Answer:

3x^2-kx+6 = 3. 3x^2-kx+3=0.

a=3 , b=-k, c=3 so, d=b^2-4ac= k^2-36 =0, k^2=36. k^2=36 ,. k=6.
