Answer:

There are two reasons for the same.

Oxygen have more electronegativity than Chlorine hence the shared pair electron are closer to Oxygen which in turn get more closer to each other Hence offer repulsion and increase in angle

Secondly, Chlorine atom is large in size and also has 3 lone pair of electrons which apply repulsive forces to lone pair of other Chlorine atom increasing the bond angle.
