180 coulombs of charge flow through a circuit in 3 minutes and work done to move the
charge in 10 joules, find current and potential difference in circuit.

To Find -

  • Potential Difference ?

Solution -

Current = Charge/Time

⇒ I = Q/t

➸ I = 180/3*60

➸ I = 180/180

➸ I = 1 A

So, Current = 1 A.

Potential Difference = Workdone per unit charge.

⇒ V = W/Q

➸ V = 10/180

➸ V = 1/18

➸ V = 0.055 V

So, Potential difference = 0.055 V.
