well it's quite simple sec theta is equal to root 2 then theta is equal to 45 degree

on putting the values in the equation 1 + 10 theta + cos theta divided by 1 + cos theta minus cosec theta

1 .tan 45 equals to one

2. cosec 45 equals to √2

3. cos 45 equals to 1 upon root 2 (1/√2)
