Foley Catheter is a tube-like structure that is inserted through the urethra into the urinary bladder to release urine when natural micturition is not possible. Foley catheter consists of two distinct channels or lumens, one channel collects urine in a bag whereas the other joins to a balloon at the inside tip of the catheter.
