I don't know I don't see anything common in these names it just they all is different places in different countries.

USA BOARDWALK is a very broad term because no city is mentioned there are a lot of boardwalks in the USA. 
- Santa Cruz Boardwalk in California
- Atlantic City Boardwalk in Atlantic City.
- Hollywood boardwalk in California.

Spain: Paseo Del Prado is an Avenue in the city of Spain known as Madrid.

France: Rue De La Paix is the street in the city of France known as Paris.

UK: Mayfair: Mayfair is an area in London near Hyde Park and in the city of Westminster and also known as one of the most expensive districts in London and the world.
