Usa was not involved in the starting of World War II in 1939.When Japan attacked the countries of Russia and Some parts of China (then occupied by Russia),USA was Asked to put a control over Japan's actions.USA then stopped the export of oil to Japan Which enraged the Japanese and they dropped a bomb on Pearl Harbour as a revenge.Usa lost About 2447 people in the bomb blast and then It joined the Allied forces to Attack Japan and other Axis Powers.
