we use forest every time in our day to day life

1. fuel wood : it is used for cooking and for producing heat in many houses.

2. rubber : it is mostly obtained from forest trees and used for making erasers and door mats.

3. paper : it is obtained from pulp of forest trees and even it is processed to get paper.
  
4. medicinal herbs: they the small plants of forest and they have much medicinal value and it is used Ayurveda purpose.

5. card board boxes : it is made up of pulp of forest trees and other available forest materials.

6. wood : it is used for making furniture at houses and even for building houses
