We have, 56 <88

Using Euclid's Division Lemma/Algorithm,

88=56×1+32

Again, 56=32×1+24

Again, 32=24×1+8

Again, 24=8×3+0

Therefore, HCF (56,88)=8

Now, we shall find the HCF of 8 & 404.

We have, 8 <404

Using Euclid's Division Lemma/Algorithm,

404=8×50+4

Again, 8=4×2+0

Therefore, HCF (8,404)=4

Therefore, HCF (56,88,404)=4

HOPE IT HELPS

Thanking you
