let here ecuilid division lemma is
a=bc+r. where 0<_r<3
it means r is 0,1,2.
then b=3
now
when r=0 , then a=3m
when r=1 , then a=3m+1
when r=2 , then a=3m+3
Here 3m and 3m+1 are the positive integer
