I am sharing here two methods for doing the same.

Method 1:

$= 33 - 3 + 3 \div 3 \\ \\ solving \: according \: to \: bodmas \: rule \\ \\ = 33 - 3 + 1 \\ \\ = 30 + 1 \\ \\ = 31$

Method 2:

$= {3}^{3} + 3 + 3 \div 3 \\ \\ = 27 + 3 + 1 \\ \\ = 31$
