use following data, draw time-displacement graph for a moving object.
------------------------------------------------
Time(s)- 0, 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16
---------------------------------------------------------
Displacement(m)- 0, 2, 4, 4, 4, 6, 4, 2, 0

---------------------------------------------------------

Use this graph to find average velocity for first 4s , for the next 4s and for last 6s.

hope you get your answer
for 1st 4sec
v = d/t
4/4
v= 1 m/s
next 4 sec
velocity would be zero
because displacement is zero
for last 6 sec
6/6
v= 1m/s

PRANAVB23: is this correct
PRANAVB23: hope you get your answer
poorvibhatia12: yeah
poorvibhatia12: but what about the average velocity?
PRANAVB23: hey poorva
PRANAVB23: are you here
PRANAVB23: you need average velocity
PRANAVB23: average velocity= total displacement / time. so total displacement is zero so zero divided by anything is zero so average velocity would be zero
PRANAVB23: 0/16= 0
PRANAVB23: average velocity
