a^4 - 1/a^4
= (a²)² - (1/a²)²
= (a²+1/a²) (a² -1/a²)
= (a²+1/a²) (a+1/a) (a- 1/a)

[Identity-3 (a+b)(a-b)]
(a^2+1/a^2)(a^2-1/a^2)
(a^2+1/a^2)((a)^2-(1/a)^2)
(a^2+1/a^2)(a-1/a)(a+1/a)
