use of cellphone is boon or ban and explain it y!

It is indeed a remarkable gadget in the world of electronics . It has become our basic need of daily life , same as food , water , O2 etc....but cell phone has also brought constant distraction when we really wanna concentrate , especially to us teenagers we are bombarded with notifications, messages, updated Facebook, comments etc  every minute. In such times it is up to us how we handle the situation. It is upto us only to make right choice, either to go with the flow and be a part of the crowd or think wisely and deal with the situation prioritizing our health, school, and family. Technology has given us a choice of life . which always comes with two options, believe it as a boon or just simply ban it . ;P
