\huge\mathrm{ Since }

  • It is used in the place of because or in maths we generally use it to write the reason of the statement we have written in the solution
  • Example :- AB = AC [ Since, AB and AC are radius of the same circle ]

\huge\mathrm{<strong> </strong>Hence<strong> </strong>}

  • Hence usually means thus or therefore, we use it in maths when we have proved something and we are writing the last statement
  • Example :- Hence proved that ∆ABC ~ ∆BDE

\huge\mathrm{ Colon  }

  • We use it for writing isto ( : ) or in the case of ratio and proportion , it is usually used to divide two numbers

\huge\mathrm{  <strong> </strong>Semicolon<strong> </strong><strong> </strong>}

  • We used to just give a stop at the sentence. It does not have any special function in maths, it is usually used to put a stop at the sentence. We generally does not use semicolon in maths
  • Example :- AC || AD ; AB = AC

\huge\mathrm{ Quotation  }
