Resources are there for everyone's need but not for everyone's greed. Plenty of resources are there to meet an individual requirement but not for greed as greed always keeps on increasing. This this is true because greed of a person never satisfies with what he or she have. as a result they start conquering the resources which leads to division of society into haves and haves not. This leads to unequal development. People who many resources get easily developed rest remain undeveloped.
