Hey mate, here is your answer....

(3-7a)(3+4a) = 0
3*(3+4a) -7a(3+4a) =0
9 + 12a -21a - 28a^2 =0
9 - 9a -28a^2 =0
28a^2 + 9a -9 =0

So, this is your answer

Hope it will help you....
