  1. 11th April: 91 constituencies in 20 states
  2. 18th April: 97 constituencies in 13 states
  3. 23rd April: 115 constituencies in 14 states
  4. 29th April: 71 constituencies in 9 states
  5. 6th May: 51 constituencies in 7 states
  6. 12th May: 59 constituencies in 7 states
  7. 19th May: 59 constituencies in 8 states

The voting began on 23rd May and result was announced on the same day.

  2. After the checking of nominations public comes for voting on the polling date.
  3. The counting is done on the day of result declaration and the results are declared at the end of the day.
  4. All this work is monitored by the Chief election commissioner and the election commission of the country.
