Heya___❤️

(x + 8)(x -10)

[ using identity:- (x+a)(x-b) = x^2 + x(a-b) - ab]

= x^2 + x ( 8 - 10 ) - 8×10

= x^2 -2x - 80

Using the identity, (x+a)(x+b) = x ²+(a+b)x+ab

[Here, a = 8 and b = −10]

We get,

(x+8)(x−10) = x²+(8+(−10))x+(8×(−10))

= x²+(8−10)x–80

= x²−2x−80
