(x + y)(x - y) =  {(x)}^{2}  -  {(y)}^{2}

So, the answer will be:-

(3x + 4)(3x - 4) =  {(3x)}^{2}  -  {(4)}^{2}  \\  \implies {9x}^{2}  - 16
