Answer:  (5x+4)(5x+10)= 25x² + 70x + 40

Step-by-step explanation: Lets use the identity (x + a)(x + b) = x² + x( a + b) +ab

Now in (5x+4)(5x+10)

So here 5x = x

             4 = a

and 10 = b

So using the identity

(5x+4)(5x+10) = (5x)² + 5x( 4 + 10) + (4)(10)

= 25x² + 70x + 40

Therefore using the identity  (x + a)(x + b) = x² + x( a + b) +ab we found out the value of (5x+4)(5x+10) which is 25x² + 70x + 40.
