  1. (x + 5)(x - 5) = {x}^{2} - {5}^{2} = {x}^{2} - 25
  2. (x/2 + 3y/4)(x/2 - 3y/4) = {(x/2)}^{2} - 2×x/2×3y/4+{(3y/4)}^{2}=(x²/4)+3y/2+(9y²/16)

Hope this helps you

shristi7002: but in question it's there
ananditanunes65: Its (a+b)(a+b)=(a²+b²)
akshaya12378: no it's (a+b)(a-b)=a²-b²
akshaya12378: a²+b²=(a+b)²-2ab
ananditanunes65: No
ananditanunes65: Its (a+b)(a+b)=a²+2ab+b²
