The correct prepositions are:-

(i) He goes to school on foot. (by, on)

(Here in the given sentence, the preposition will be on because he travels to school on foot not by foot, since the foot is not a vehicle)

(ii) He is sitting under a tree. (over, under)

(Here in the given sentence, the preposition will be under because he cannot sit over a tree, he has to sit under the tree)

(iii) Leaves are falling from this tree. (from, of)

(Here in the given sentence, the preposition will be from, the leaves that were falling on the ground, were struck to its branches on the tree)

(v) Write with ink. (with, in)

(Here in the given sentence, the preposition will be with because the person cannot write in ink he has to write with the help of ink)
